UK terrorist threat level raised to 'severe',

    The last time the threat level was changed from Substantial to Severe was in January 2010.

    Home Secretary Alan Johnson refused to confirm that this change was triggered by the failed Detriot Plane bombing on Christmas Day 2009. You may recall that it was in January 2010 that Paul Chambers chose to make his "really funny" joke threat towards Robin Hood Airport.

    Perhaps now would be a great time for him to make another "really funny" tweet and then have all his legal fees paid by Stephen Fry.

    Maybe when Dave next meets the Saudi princes, he might have a word about them funding Wahabist nutters in Syria, Iraq, and across the globe.

    Maybe he could also ask Barack why the CIA were training terrorists.

    That's of course assuming he is not a cowardly stooge.
