I have noticed several threads on the various forums relating to picture quality when viewing output from a PVR correctly connected via RGB scart to HD (ready) LCD TVs.
It has mostly but not exclusively been noticed with the Humax PVR9200, and there are a variety of effects exhibited depending on the make, model and size of the TV.
I'm just suggesting that anyone experiencing such issues post in this thread, as there may be a common cause or combination, to which common fixes may apply.
