'Heavy Weather' with Peter O'Toole as Clarence, and his super inane
family and friends,at Blandings castle! This was suggested by another
member on a Blandings thread, and I had never been aware of its
existance.Brilliant slice of Wodehouse whimsy at its best!

The Raid 1 kinda flew past me too when it first came out despite everyone raving about. I'm hoping to see Berandal later today if I have time.

(btw: I saw the subtitled No1 version which mighta helped its wowness, cos I've tried the dubbed version and it just feels weird and wrong - kinda like the Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon with subs=:D but dub=>:()

I finally got around to watching 'Taken' tonight.

    I really shouldn't have bothered.

Ive always preferred Liam Neeson in his more gentle emotional roles as in Love Actually rather than action films !

The Raid 7/10 - I have seen so many people mention this film that I decided to look for this on Netflix.

It really is full of action. The choreography must have taken ages! (In Indonesian with English subtitles).

    Grudge Match (LINK)

This film could have been GREAT. But instead it's just ok. Robert Deniro and Sylvester Stallone star as aging, retired boxing legends who decide to fight one more time. I think it would have worked better as a full-on comedy. But unfortunately the film gets weighted down with the drama that keeps it from reaching its potential. It's still an ok film. Just not something I'd bother watching again.
