Commtel control freak universal remote

Hi,
I have inherited a commtel control freak 4-in-1 remote but unfortunately not the user manual so I don't know any of the codes to set it up to work with TV, VCR or Sat. If anybody has the codes or knows where to find them please could you let me have a scanned copy or send me the link. I have tried searching google to no avail.
If there is a method to try all codes please let me know this as well.
