I have a 3 pay go sim that I have just activated to use on my trip to Australia at the weekend. I could not even make it through the prompts to activate the add on. I got the old familiar silence and then call drop. Had to call back to get it done.
I can't believe this fault has not been rectified yet.
Still happy with Vodafone I am sorry to say. I upgraded to 4g on a 12 month sim only and tbh its great. I even have a decent 4g signal in my house which EE never gave me (or at least not at present)
