BBC Alba refuses to go!

  I have got the extra firmware installed and I've used the channel editor to add sky news to the listing. I've now gone into the channel editor and BBC Alba was in there, set to 'default' not 'hidden' so I have changed it back.
  Fingers crossed it won't reappear tomorrow.
  I don't know how Alba managed to get visible in the first place.
