WTF?! The Apple Watch has sensors on the back to get data from your wrist!

    Once again, WTF?!

You can swipe the watch. It's touchscreen.

    It has a SAPPHIRE screen!

The UI on the watch looks very, very good, and intuitive. Still not sure on the whole smartwatch thing though.

The charger for the watch is cool. Other than that, it does nothing my gear live doesn't do.

What's the battery life like, though? Moto 360 is very nice but currently only lasts 12 hours, which is nowhere near good enough.

    The Moto 360 looks better.

But then I don't see the appeal in smartwatches at all.

    That charging though, amazing.

Stupid question but i genuinely don't know the answer.

Can you still use and wear an Apple Watch without owning an iPhone?

I've seen enough....... Apple are no longer innovating. They are playing catch-up and launching stuff that others have had on the market for a long while. The new iPhones are better but less specified than others already available but we know a few die-hards will stand in the street to buy them despite this.

It's hard to imagine what Apple can to now to fire the imagination. Looks like others have the future in their sights and Apple have a limited product lifespan with strong branding to make a final killing with what Steve Jobs may have called 'really third rate products'.

Just see what Chinese companies offer in light of Apple's underwhelming launch and what others follow with. Not that they have to try too hard with the benchmarks set by Apple this time.

    2 sizes of Apple Watch!

    1 big, 1 small.

2 sizes, 3 finishes, multiple bands.

You can swipe the screen on most smart-watches including ones that cost £40 from China!
