I lose weight by eating oatmeal as the morning meal every day and doing exercise. I enjoy hiking very much. Since your target is before Christmas, it's better to do more exercises in a daily basis. Here's a link for your reference.
Two random questions.. Is cereal and yogurt good for you? and the same question about Grapes
Depends what cereal, Frosties are not really going to be good for you, Bran Flakes are going to be better although I think they still have a fat content. None are going to be good if you pile them high with sugar or even dried fruit after.
Same with yogurt, plain is going to be better than a custard style thing.
Pretty much any fruit and veg is going to be good for you although some may be naturally high in sugar.

Oat bran mixed into a low fat Greek yoghurt, or
Oat bran porridge, nothing on it. or
Dukan Pancake,
2 Tbsp Oat Bran
2 Tbsp FF fromage frais
1 Egg
Whipped up batter and make pancake.
Any topping fat and sugar free, I often use FF cottage cheese.
Also avoid things that say low-fat or fat-free. For a start they are processed and they are usually full of sugar.
