Latvia 2013 Oh how I hated this song. Netherlands 1984 Maribelle deserved so much higher than 14th Croatia 2006 Servina nearly didn't need that infamous tape with that dress, I like this its a good fun song with lots of ethnic vibes United Kingdom 1999 Well I actually like this, I think the performance is a bit weak though, needed more work on the harmonies to make it less shouty, if the language rule was in place this would have been shoe in for top 10 Switzerland 2014 Whilst I was happy for Switzerland doing well for once I wasn't a big fan of this entry. Belgium 1993 Don't know about that dress but I would sack the hairstylist, the songs probably a bit too dull to be remebered Finland 1983 The Finnish attempt at ripping off ABBA on the cheap, they could only afford to copy Anni Frid, they blew the budget on the backing track Croatia 2009 I've never liked this. Belgium 2006 Oh how I love this, she is going for the Cameron Diaz look with that hair though and her skins near the same colour as her dress oh and don't get me started on the routine and stupid mic stands but she gave some great live vocals. Slovenia 2013 This was one of my favourites going into the semifinal but I thought the vocals where shocking Hungary 2005 Was this an attempt to cash in on the Wild Dancers success? I do like it though, I'm a sucker for ethnic stuff. Belarus 2009 No wonder this never made the final, hate it and his stupid hair and it makes me feel dizzy. Switzerland 2013 Much prefer this to 2014, still not sure how the juries pushed this out of the final Belgium 2005 He looks like a Disney villain, not a fan of this one Estonia 2013 Beautiful, Estonian is quite a musical language, this really should have made the top 10. Serbia 2011 Can't watch this without thinking about Sara Cox asking her if she wanted to wear a wig, bring back Sara Cox. Love the retro vibes and this was a fun song. Spain 1985 She looks about ready for the oven, really liking this. Norway 2011 Oh poor Stella How did Europe not want this. I remember us all discussing it on here (and that is what lead a few of us to think he would probably represent San Marino in 2015!). Perhaps he only stuck around for the rehearsals? (although, what would be the point then? ).
So having been to visit my dad and brother for the week I've barely been online meaning I'm completely behind on all of my eurovision news. I'll probably end up going back through the thread when I'm back at home next week, but until then what have I missed?
