The scene in The Magnificent Seven where the old man tells Yul Brynner and Steve McQueen that he lost interest in women when he was 83. McQueen's reaction is brilliant.

Most of the scenes in Raiders of the Lost Ark trilogy especially the scenes with Indie and his father.

Court scene in Kramer v. Kramer - the excellent Dustin Hoffman's feelings for his son had me in tears.
Also another scene in a film that always gets me is in Casper when Bill Pullman's wife returns to him as a ghost telling him to look after their daughter.

Clint Eastwood in The trouble with the curve when he thinks his house is being burgled and says "take want you want but leave the flat screen because I'll kill you if you take it.

The Quiet Man with John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara
The part where the old man is lying on the bed dying while the priest prays over him and he lies there shaking his head while his family are standing weeping.
