Do you think it would be nice if they said something at the end of tonights episodes?
There should be a slide at the very least with the episode dedicated to him, although they didn't do it for Blanche well not right away. Years ago you actually had in-vision messages at the start of episodes, I remember Ken Barlow doing one for Margot Bryant and Jack Howarth.

I think they'll definitely show a slide, if not on tonight's episodes then very soon. There is of course a gap between episodes being transferred from Corrie to transmission, so this is why sometimes there is a delay. Really they should make it work somehow though for a same day transmission.
I really feel sad to hear this. One of the great characters of Coronation St. gone, so sad as 71 is not old. RIP Bill Tarmey, and thanks for all the memories

The Vince St Clair story line was one of the best ever to be seen on the street, I can hear him now saying
" I'm in the business, that's show business, maybe you have heard of me " with Bet then choking on her drink on watching the video, a real classic.
