    SATURDAY........................

    Fancy a take away tonight so if hubby agrees it'll be Chicken curry, egg fried rice and chips

    Stuffed rolled belly pork.....apparently chefs love this cut :D
    New potatoes, green beans and cabbage. gravy and apple sauce

    I'm hungry now :(

    Last night: home made pizza with mozzarella, peppers, mushrooms, olives and sweetcorn

    Oooohhhh you lucky thing. I even ended up cooking bacon sandwiches yesterday which is usually hubbys job :(

    I can smell the pork cooking in my oven and its making me sooooooooooooo hungry, it smells like bacon cooking....which in a way it is lol:p

    I saw Ainsley cooking rice and peas on beat the Takeaway yesterday and he used red kidney beans....does the recipe actually use beans then although its called rice and peas ?

    The Ainsley thing is what informed me that it wasn't really peas. Though after looking it up on the internet the recipes all seem to use some sort of beans. :eek:

    We are having another BBQ - chicken and pork
    I am making jacket potatoes, onion and balsamic sauce for the pork, ratatouille and then a special surprise sweet - so surprising that I haven't even planned it yet! :p
