I'm planning rice and peas (well beans really) with battered chicken balls and sweet'n sour sauce. Yumm.
I saw Ainsley cooking rice and peas on beat the Takeaway yesterday and he used red kidney beans....does the recipe actually use beans then although its called rice and peas ?

The Ainsley thing is what informed me that it wasn't really peas. Though after looking it up on the internet the recipes all seem to use some sort of beans. :eek:

I am making jacket potatoes, onion and balsamic sauce for the pork, ratatouille and then a special surprise sweet - so surprising that I haven't even planned it yet!

I can smell the pork cooking in my oven and its making me sooooooooooooo hungry, it smells like bacon cooking....which in a way it is lol:p
