  Don't forget the picture that DS keep using in their articles which shows him as Budgie, the drummer from Siouxsie & The Banshees...

  I never thought they'd cast anyone again who'd had such a prolific career. He could have played the Doctor at any point in the last 20 years, he could have done it no problem. Now seems to be exactly the right time, according to Moffat and the BBC.
