Its also a fact that cats will steal the breath of sleeping children (especially babies). They are associated with evil for a reason.

    You are an odd one...

But anyway, I don't think cats are unhygienic but I am always trying to stop mine getting up on the kitchen counters.

I agree with whoever says cats smell of awesome :D

People around here will actually believe that.

    You're good :D

All the local cats convene on my back garden for some reason. Last summer I counted 7 sunning themselves at various spots.

Unfortunately they also seem to use it as a toilet too.

I can just imagine all the cats plotting at the start of summer 'you seen that trinity2002's garden, it's mint, a right little suntrap, yeah you wanna get yourselves over there'

    Trinnies lovely garden

Gave the cat a hard on

    With flowers, lawn and gnome

Was a feline home from home!

You'd think this would be fine

    Cats and Trinny and sunshine

But it did give her the hump

When it dropped a massive dump :(

    Vosne - talent there:D

There was a large tabby who heard

The call of the wild - 'twas a bird!

    She moved then quite fast

    And waggled her arse

But sadly a turd did emerge

Cats are cool OP, you did the right thing not carrying on the conversation with that person though.

I had a cat called Lovely Lyn

    She smelt like sugar candy

    Occasionally she smelt of gin

    Oftener she smelt like sin

Bad girl, I said, now just get in

I puzzled at her cattish grin

    Then noticed she was bandy.

I wonder what you'd come up with if you'd actually seen my garden :D

    Do you do requests?

I have next door's cat currently sat asleep on my knee. I will kick her out when I go to bed.....but she is quite sweet.

    I don't even like cats.
