Is it too much to ask for BBC to FINISH a series before shoving repeats in our face?
Still, at least I'll be able to watch 15-to-1 without worrying about clashing.
The Chase on ITV is also switching to repeats. This will be for the Easter period, Don't know why ITV feel the need to show repeats of The Chase during school holidays, but there you go. Guess it makes sense for BBC1 to show Pointless repeats against The Chase repeats.
After Easter The Chase may be replaced by The Paul O'Grady Show for five weeks, in which case the Pointless repeats will continue. O'Grady rates lower than The Chase and last time he was on that boosted ratings for Pointless and the BBC twigged that they could get the same inflated figures for reruns.
And then you have Wimbledon, Commonwealth Games and World Cup to come
We are at the start of series 11 on BBC at the moment, the ones we filmed are start of series 12 so I fear it could be late summer before they are shown. Not to worry
