It is thought that Webbe, 32, had such a fun experience in the Strictly Christmas Special that he wants to dedicate his time to dancing.
Williams, 47, has wanted to do the show ever since she appeared on the Children in Need special. Skelton, 28, is desperate for a brand new challenge.

The infamous food critics are battling it out on the dancefloor against Blue's Simon Webbe and Blue Peter's Helen Skelton.
My Family's Zoe Wannamaker, Shooting Stars panellist Ulrika Jonnson, McFly's Tom Fletcher and The Real Hustle's Jessica Jane Clement will also battle out on the dance floor.
In an obscure turn, Bullseye's referee Tony Green will be the oldest male of the series at 72. Loose Women's Lisa Faulkner and Hollyoaks actress Emma Rigby also join the cast.
Completing the male line-up is Masterchef's Gregg Wallace and John Torode.
Completing the female line-up is Blue Peter's Helen Skelton and BBC Breakfast presenter Sian Williams.

Our couples will take part in a Virtual Dance-a-Thon, where they'll all have to do a new style of dance. But it's just like the Swing-a-Thon. I'll put a list up of the couples, and one-by-one you can eliminate them on how bad you think they'd do at the dance style. You can't vote twice in a row, though.
