Refereeing Decisions This Season

I just saw the highlights of Swansea vs Stoke and have to talk about the penalty the referee gave in the last minute.

I'm not a supporter of either team.

But how possibly could the referee give that decision? Don't the referees need to be 100% sure before giving any decision?
This comes 24 hours after an awful decision in the Chelsea vs WBA game.

I really don't want to talk about corruption in sports, but surely there needs to be some sort of investigation.
It is getting worse and worse over the seasons, not better. Why?

Something has to be done about this. It is embarrassing how decisions like this are happening every weekend now.

That's one of the worst refereeing decisions I've ever seen by a PL referee, far worse than the Ramires penalty yesterday. I'd bet that ref will be sent down to the Championship for a while after that howler. Poor Swansea, what a way to lose 2 points.

Handball decisions are so inconsistent and I feel it almost depends on who the ref is which is not how it should be..

A foul you can understand be given wrongly because the players themselves make such a meal of those that a ref can easily be conned.
