Is Music Choice gone from the Sky package for good?

I know the channel got dropped during the summer, but Music Choice said that they hoped to have it back on the air, but it all seems to have gone rather quiet.

I really liked the Christmas music channel and it'll be dissapointing not having it on the background when I put up my Christmas tree this year.

    The channels went off air but their blank labels stayed on for a while but now they have gone too from the transponder they used, i use a non sky box and all i get even with a all channels search is the EPG background audio, and sky use the transponder for some interactive streams.

    They are unlikely to return. Terms of carriage for continuing to be on Sky could not be agreed.

    Lucky for me I have Sky Italia and they have an excellent music service similair to what Music Choice was:D
