    Ok, so here's mine:

Time for a clue, as it's been over 24hrs since I posted the quote:

This is from a multi-Doctor story.

Will check back at 7pm, and if no-one's got it, I'll put the answer.

It's well past 7pm, and no-one has got this, so I will now reveal who said it and what story it was from.

It was Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean), in the 1993 30th Anniversary/Children In Need mini-story Dimensions in Time. Here is that clip, to prove it:

This should be an easier one to get. (I hope!) :D

"Send a telegram to Inspector Abberline of the yard. Jack the Ripper has claimed his last victim."

    Good luck! ;-)

Madame Vastra in A Good Man Goes to War

(and I think most of us had tried to blot out the memory of Dimensions in Time! ;) )

    If correct,

"So, you choose to pry on the House of the Dragon. Unwise. Very unwise. You will suffer for it."

Yes it was Mme Vastra! :)

As for your quote, it was Weng Chiang, in The Talons of Weng-Chiang.

Sure that I've got it right so here's mine:

"But, but you've won! You've won the grand prize."

    :)

I see no-one has got this. Well, I post a clue:

This was said by a character in an 80s story. The actor or actress is more famous for making people laugh.

Can't say more than that, otherwise it will be giving away the answer. :)

Sounds like the Ken Dodd character in Delta And The Bannermen.

'Oh, there's one more thing. '

River Song in The Name of the Doctor.

I'm sure this is right, so here's mine:

"We had no choice. We saw what happened to the prisoners. "

    ;-)

I see brotonsbaby hasn't posted a quote. And as it's been a week, I'll post one. Hopefully, that'll get the ball rolling again! :D

    This is an easy one:

"I don't know yet. I'm still cooking. Does it scare you?"

You should get this without any problems! :)

Yes it is the Eleventh Doctor, talking to young Amy in The Eleventh Hour.

    Over to you. :)

BTW, if you haven't posted a quote by Midnight Thursday morning, then I'll post another.

Okay sorry for the delay. This is probably too easy for all you learned people

"I'd like to see a butterfly fit into its chrysalis case after its spread its wings"

I was flummoxed at first, because I thought that I'd never heard this in any Doctor Who before, but after a few minutes, I suddenly realised. I have heard this before, listening to this:

    http://i1161.photobucket.com/albums/q510/never_enough_cool_stuff/DSCF8817_zpsd6405d05.jpg~original

And it's The Second Doctor who mutters those lines, when he is trying to get over the 'recent' regeneration.

    :)

Shame that Power isn't available in full. :( I think, that if it hadn't been junked in the early 70s, then the DVD release would have sold like hotcakes! I would have watched that story quite a few times, I can say.

But, I have to make do with the soundtrack on CD.

Yes you are right about the quote. Well done :)

I've listened to the soundtrack too and I honestly think its a story that mostly needs to be seen rather than heard.

There are a couple of bits which are chilling that I like such as when the Dalek says ' I am your servant.I am your servant' and Lesterson's hysteria when he realises the truth of what the Daleks but its an odd script I cant really visualise

    Thanks.

"What difference does capturing us make? You'll still become extinct."

This is from probably one of the most watched and well liked stories.

    A clue:

This quote was said by a character in a 1960s story that has recently been shown on TV, in omnibus form. The DVD release is probably one of the most watched and loved.
