Lost Xbox Password??

My son has a X-Box 360 and we have a password on it so he cant play 15 and 18 games and he has just got a new game but it asks us for the password but we can not remember it so is there anyway of getting it or resetting the box?

Any advice please

Phone Xbox support and they'll give you a combination of contoller buttons to press which will reset it.
