that would be a great job,, taking the dogs to see the kids in hospital, you would feel all warm and nice everyday seeing their faces

It would, and even better, any pet dog with the right temperament and personality can apply to be registered as one, many many rescue dogs are trained PAT dogs, imagine going from unwanted to cheering up people and making their week.
How big would a doggie like Tyler grow?

Depends what he's crossed with, terriers are pretty small but it depends which of the breeds in him he takes after size-wise.

Yes, Archie knew what that man said!
    He understood.

    Oh how fabulous

And Tilly too had a happy ending..

I wonder if POG has been up to Manchester to help out with that fire?

I'd like to see a programme about him helping out there with the surviving dogs.

    I bet he has.

That would be wonderful to see, not sure if he's been up there but he has donated £10,000 to them.

a guy I know used to volunteer at that Home and he & his wife went straight there after to fire to help the surviving dogs get out.
He said 150 had been saved and they quickly sorted out foster homes for them, and the money raised has been overwhelming.

    Terrible tragedy.

Fabulous episode. This is truly ITV's best program on TV. I would like to see one about cats with another passionate presenter.

Nice too see Jacqueline Wilson again from my childhood.

Could have a companion show as Battersea also houses cats. Not sure who would present it though

I'd love that too. I'm sure there's a presenter out there as mad about cats as Paul is about dogs.

POG probably loves cats as much as he loves dogs, so he could do both.

How can an owner let it get that far >:(

That was disgraceful. The owner let poor Tilly get in such a state they just 'couldn't cope' so gave her to Battersea.

People like that should never be allowed pets, that has obviously happened over time to Tilly's eyes and skin, she should have been taken to the vet at the first sign of trouble, letting it go by for so long is just disgusting. The vet described it as like having a permanent piece of grit in your eyes but 10 times worse. Imagine that, poor little mite.

I have a Tibetan Terrier (same breed as Tilly) and at the beginning she was barely recognisable as one, in the end when she was rehomed she looked exactly as a Tibetan should. So glad there was a happy ending there.

Paul is currently in Africa making another series of his other animal show (sorry not sure what it's called).

Tyler is now called Jackson and seems to have grown quite a bit. Still cute though :)
