I bought that album purely for that song and still haven't ever listened to the rest of it. That song is one of those that just couldn't be bettered so anything else they brought out after Yes just seemed a bit pointless to listen to.

you really ought to give the album a try, some really great tracks on there, equally as good as Yes IMO.

    Indeed

Bearing in mind that the "album" contains all that they recorded at the time (prior to trying to kick each other heads in), including b-sides, demos etc.

It's a very very good album ! far better than most acts proper albums

did anyone get around to buying their second album? I vaguely remember the lead single, quite good but generally a rehash of Yes IIRC.

I bought Bring It Back. The single was Falling and it was very similar to Yes. The rest of the album didn't really do it for me though - it wasn't a patch on The Sound Of...

Edit. I also loved Andreas Johnson's Glorious.

LOVED this song! I remember it was featured on a Now! album :D Now 32?! They always used to have one good CD and one shitty one - are they still like that?

Was listening to it just the other night - great song. I'm more of a fan of Butler's work on the whole but by god, McAlmont, what a voice!

Yes will always be a big song, but their second album was brilliant.
