It's a re-numbering of some channels. But if you do nothing you won't lose anything anyway even for those channels that have changed numbers. Just that the numbers on your telly might not necessarily match those printed in the likes of the Radio Times.

It is simply a change to the numbering scheme to open up numbers for any new services that may come along and to try and group similar types of programme service into blocks of numbers.
