Celebrity Big Brother 10 finalist Ashley McKenzie has just won gold in judo at the Commonwealth games. Well done that man. :D

    Anthony Ogogo won an Olympic Bronze boxing medal at 2012 and he was in BB Hijack in 2008

    For the love of God, he was an Olympian and on the British Judo team before he went into the house.

    It was CELEBRITY big brother.

    I'm pretty sure been on the show made him a better person to see his faults, and learn life lessons which can help with the judo - not saying it's the main reason but it's about details at the highest level of Sport.
