Halifax credit card fraud number...

Hi all
I have had my credit card declined over the past few days. I ordered something from a well known national store today but again it was declined. I then received a automated phone call a few minutes later asking me to call Halifax on a number I did not have time to write down and that this was something to do with fraud.
I called customer services and they told me I had a payment outstanding which I then paid off over the phone. There was no mention of anything else wrong. I tried again to order my thing but it was declined again at the verification stage. I have had a problem before with this card which was sorted and I was given a number for the fraud team but I dont have it any more and its nowhere on line.
Does anyone have it?
