How do you create an image where you can scrioll and have text pop ups.

  No, it can't be done in Word or Excel. What are you going to do with this picture? Where wil it be: on a website, Facebook, viewed locally on a PC or tablet?

  Bloody hell, image maps, the last time I used one of those was in 98 & I used Frontpage to generate it!
  
  Back in the day they were everywhere, mainly used as navigation or on full image webpages (usually generated by photoshop, I know it used split up the full page image too.)
  
  The only place I see those now is on Facebook.
  
  Now I feel old..
