Mel B has claimed that she keeps fit by having sex five times a day.
The former Spice Girl denied that she is obsessed with exercise and attributed her toned physique to regular sessions with her husband Stephen Belafonte.
"My husband likes my muscles, but then he's seen me every which way over the past eight years - including when I put on 42lbs after my last pregnancy - and he always loves my body.
"In fact, on top of all my exercise, I have sex with him five times a day - maybe that has something to do with it. I have to admit, I'm a nymphomaniac with him. It's sexercise."

More information than we needed to hear from Mel B once again......she's starting to look like a bloke these days anyway, what with the increasingly frightening six pack.

I remember reading that she was friends for many year with her husband before they got together so that could be where the eight years has come from.
Personally I find Mel B attractive, always did to some degree but she's certainly got better with age, although sometimes it is hard to not think of Avid Merrion's p-take!

Those were my exact thoughts. Is this sex supposed to be taking place spread out across the day or is it after the kids go to bed?
Five times a day might be possible for a couple without kids when they are on holiday, but I just don't buy it of anyone over the longer term, especially if they have other things to be getting on with.
It sounds like she's trying to prove a point, but who on earth is she going to kid?
