Advice for ipod tunebase fm

Please can anyone advise on a reasonable tunebase fm compatible with a 4th gen ipod.
I think thats what they are called, I know zilch about this type of thing but its to be able to play ipod in the car (an audi).
I've looked at a few sites, but some claim to be compatible with 4th gen ipods, but the customer reviews say different.
Any advice would be really helpful. Thanks
