Any Flash Player experts ? Help !

Hoping someone can help.
At work we''ve got an advertising Flash Player file that we want to play continuously. It consists of images and music. It will continuously play the music but the images stop after a while.
If you right-click on the screen it pops up a settings window and 'Play' and 'Loop' are both checked to begin with but after a while, the images stop but the music continues. If you right-click again and re-check 'Play' the images start again.
Anyone help? I know absolutely nothing about flash player:o
