  I do appreciate singers who have power but I also like to hear a voice that is controlled and gentle.
  
  Shouty singers are getting boring.
  
  And they keep singing songs that are ALL power with no light and shade.
  
  Less is more.
  And all that shouty singing tends to hide their voices rather than showcase it.
