So pleased to have confirmation that Reg is back. An amazing actor who is very welcome to have repeat appearances. I assume he is the second arc for this series that has been spoken of.

I'm guessing he's just voicing the GI rather than appearing in the Flesh since he's not listed as Doctor Simeon.

I suppose the GI may have created a Robot in the shape of REG though.

Ever get the feeling that REG's name will soon mysteriously disappear from that cast list?

Doesn't sound like something Moffat & Co would want to reveal prematurely.

I hope for more than that. Reckon he will be the client and we will see him in the flesh.

 The cast list for The Bells of St John has been posted on the official website...

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b01rryzz

Also, Peter Jackson says he would love to direct an episode of Who. He doesn't even want paying, all he wants is a gold Dalek for his collection :D

Is the BBC cast list another "oops" moment, I wonder...

Aww so no more Ian McKellen? Be nice to hear his melifluous tones back for the finale at least. Be a waste not to tbh.

So is REG being in this episode just like when Nixon was listed as being in TATM?

Though I actually see this one being true.

Has Matt Smith decided to quit? The Sun have printed an article saying so. I know that's not solid proof, but it was mentioned on Daybreak as well, and the BBC are reluctant to say what Matt is doing past christmas...
Last night, the BBC said in a statement: “Sorry folks but even we don’t know what’s going to happen at Christmas. It’s not been written yet! But Matt loves the show and is to start filming the unmissable 50th anniversary, and the new series starting on Easter Saturday.”

According to Blogtor Who and Entertainment Weekly, Moffat has confirmed that River is in 7b, and thatshe will be involved in some sort of love triangle "but not in the way that you'd think!"

Have you all been watching the same Doctor that I have since 2010? Texting and scones is this Time Lord's idea of a good time. :p

Hopefully they won't be too beautiful to live :)
Which is seemingly a metaphor for Clara herself :o

    Yes, please, let this happen.

Clara fancying River would be more amusing than her fancying the Doctor.
