Anyone who's released a album who has been a contestant in the show is in the running for this. Not just debut album's any subsequent albums released can be chosen.

For me it's simple. Rebecca Ferguson. Heaven. Simply outstanding and sheer class. 10/10 :D

Runner ups:
Lucy Spraggen - this is a work of art.
Rebecca Ferguson - Freedom - she did it again!
Olly Murs, Little Mix, Cher Lloyd - all their releases are worthy
Alexandra Burke, 1D, JLS had fab debut albums before they started adding filler.
Leon Jackson - i know people don't like him much but this was under-rated!
Aiden Grimshaw, Lucy Spraggan, Janet Devlin were pleasant surprises
Little Mix - DNA & Salute - both are good enough to count here
Diana Vickers - Music To Make Boys Cry - made this boy very happy:D
Leona Lewis - Echo - The first one was too ballad heavy for me. This was just right.

Leona's Echo for me, its so underrated and didn't deserve to be abandoned after two singles.

    JLS debut was very good

    Ray's debut

I really like the McDonald's debut too, wish it had reached higher than 18

Rhydian's debut and his recent classical album :)

    Joe's 'Classic'

For me, Diana Vickers' first album. It's one I listen to songs from the most often (Jumping into Rivers, Once, Boy Who Murdered Love, My Hip, You'll Never Get to Heaven)

Runner up is Aiden Grimshaw's album Misty Eye, and Rebecca Ferguson's second album. I'd also listen to songs from Matt Cardle (First Time Ever I Saw Your Face cover studio version), and Leona (I Got You, Trouble).

Also, did anyone know Mary Byrne has a second album released this year? 'Magic of the Musicals'

    All of Leona's albums
    Overcome by Alexandra
    Salute by Little Mix
Sorry I'm Late by Cher Lloyd

If I absolutely had to pick just 1, its hard but I'd probably say Echo.

    Leona Lewis - Echo

Such a top class album from her. Absolutely no fillers whatsoever, quality tracks and a body of work that truly reflected her as an artist despite the music industry being saturated with EDM and dance music at the time. Despite people liking to call it a flop, 700,000 and reaching #1 is a success in my eyes and should've sold more than Spirit if it was down to quality.

Loving how everyone recognises Leona's Echo is her best album it really is. I thought the same!

Seems like everyone seems in agreement with each other about most.

    Mary's third album not second.
    She released http://www.amazon.co.uk/Love-Mary-Byrne/dp/B006H3957I/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1408815100&sr=8-1&keywords=mary+byrne

Aiden's Misty Eye closely followed by James Arthur. I know all his haters will disagree but, even if he is a tool, it is a damn good album.
