5 weeks later stop taking the protein, eat more and get closer to your maintenance level, decrease calorie deficit and the weight loss slows down = it must be the protein helping my weight loss!
I'm pretty sure it's a perfect storm for unhealthy weight loss.

I also found it a bit odd at first that Subway were sponsoring, although they do try and market themselves as healthy - sometimes.
