    no fixed or mobile speed cameras here in Wiltshire, so thats one advantage to living here.

    Near Brighton Marina, I was driving east in the Newhaven direction. The fixed camera is just before the roundabout by St Dunstans. For a short space the road is dual carriageway with a 50 mph limit.

    that is really not the law. the registered keeper doesn't have to prove who was driving beyond all reasonable doubt. they just have to give the police their name.
