Weekend Football ?

Jeez, could be a worse time to pick in terms of WC qualifiers.

No PL action or the Championship, and due to the snow, a lot of games being postponed further down the divisions.

And for those who like a bet, they'll hardly be any fixtures to choose!

    Well there is Rangers on ESPN, yes it is only the third division in Scotland, but I suppose it is better than nothing!

    Probably a good thing the international break came when it did as the bad weather would have caused chaos with an already crowded fixture list.

    Just shows how naked it can be when there's one weekend away from the Prem, yet many of us take it for granted.

    Can wait till Easter Weekend.

    Seems to be freezing everywhere just stepped outside and it feels as cold anytime it has for about the last four mnths

    I just popped out to hang some fat balls for the birds. Knee high wellies completely useless here in the Pennines. :eek:

    Theres basketball on at 2-15 on ESPN if anyone has it . Washington @ La Lakers (I presume the @ is the same as saying Vs over here) :o/

    It always seems odd to me the way US sports list the away team first.

    It would be like us saying Man Utd @ Chelsea in the FA Cup quater final replay.

    Few lower league games on but sods law for Sky that their live game was called off!

    Sorry very OT but its annoying how they have trailers on the screen for movies out in this basketball game (Its not even like the balls out of play its a free throw) :rolleyes:

    Weekends without football is so boring, i wish they would spread the International games over Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I don't know what to do with myself.

    i'm stuck watching Soccer Saturday on Sky Sports News,,,there is not a lot happening. Apart from Iain Dowie struggling to talk, (I can't understand a word he mumbles:D)
