A Big Wedge of a new Turnip - 7 juicy Prunes - half a Red Onion
& 2 cherry tomatoes Seasoned with :-
1 tablespoon of Cashew butter & Wholegrain Mustard - slosh of cider vinegar
1 Knorr stock pot ~ Cajun & Fajita seasoning
A big sprinkle of Black onion seeds
Lastly
... when all cooked I added :-
4 tblspns of Aunt Bessie's onion gravy granules
to mix everything I added a bit of water
12-40pm
Had a big bowl of the above ^^^^
with HALF a Young's Fisherman's mash cheese / Ready Meal [ 322 Cals ]
Swirled with some Salad cream
Later will have :-
The remainder of the big Pan of VEG ^ with the other half of the Fisherman's Pie etc
Some hands full of whole Almonds Probably but
A Morrison's Cinnamon & Sultana Muffin =Toasted & Soya buttered

Yesterday I unexpectedly decided to use a tin of Holland & Barrett's ** Braised Tofu ** 225g / yeast & gluten free [but 247 cals per 100g ]
Mixed the whole can of it === into the very big bowl of some Mega - Slaw salad
Ate some of this >>> with with some of the cold but pre-cooked veg-combo on top
~ I also swirled the meals with salad cream added some extra chopped cherry tomatoes [I had Never seen or tasted this yummy ** Braised Tofu ** before ]
~ I ordered it online >>>> and received it a few days ago with various other items
I Had not properly looked at the tins in the box ---
The yummy braised Tofu Looks a bit like large sections of cooked tender Tuna steak which I just chopped into bite sized pieces and tumbled it into the mega slaw
it is yumby ..a bit pickley flavoured and it is surprisingly Tasty !!!!

with had it with some Pure Spread & 2 steamed eggs

Just making peppers stuffed with Mexican spicy rice topped with grated cheese for me and OH and having an espresso (knackered!)

Night snack: 200ml hot milk with 2 sugars

LOTS more seasoned Cooked VEG - Combo and More Mega - Slaw SALAD

Lunch: Chicken and mayo sandwich with a side salad of lettuce, tomato and cucumber. Strawberry yoghurt. Cup of water.
Afternoon snack: 300ml cold milk
Dinner: Spinach and ricotta ravioli with courgette. Trifle with 2 scoops of strawberry ice cream. Cup of water.
Night snack (in 15 mins): 200ml hot milk with 2 sugars
Yoghurt for breakfast
2 x Weetabix with skimmed milk for dinner
Thai broth with loads of veg and noodles and salmon for tea
Now having some wine with some cheese and crackers. This is my favourite bit of scoff today!
Last night [ Friday ] ... I ended up having:- x 10 !! !! !! !! !!
10 Ginger Biscuits = 2 were ... *Borders* ... Lush dark chocolate coated ginger biscuits [ 83 Cals per biscuit ]

and 8 * Falafel * balls / = ground chick peas = ALL reheated in the mIcrowave
All this was completely topped with Mega -Slaw Salad and then salad cream

More of the ABOVE VEG-Combo & Mega Slaw - Salad
may have 1 or 2 Defrosted White Fish Fillets with it
Will PROBABLY add to the Veg Pasta Falafel Combo

then for tea, i have got some paella i cooked yesterday ( haha my two fav meals in one day lol)

Lunch: Chicken and mayo sandwich with a side salad of lettuce, tomato and cucumber. Strawberry yoghurt. Cup of water.
Afternoon snack: 300ml cold milk
Dinner: Spinach and ricotta ravioli with courgette. Trifle with 2 scoops of strawberry ice cream. Cup of water.
Night snack (in 15 mins): 200ml hot milk with 2 sugars
2 x Weetabix with skimmed milk for dinner
Thai broth with loads of veg and noodles and salmon for tea
Now having some wine with some cheese and crackers. This is my favourite bit of scoff today!
10 Ginger Biscuits = 2 were ... *Borders* ... Lush dark chocolate coated ginger biscuits [ 83 Cals per biscuit ]
and 4 pairs of *WW's* - crunchy plain ginger biscuits

with MANY seasonings & a Long stem of lemon grass & star anise cardomon pods etc ~some more twirly Pasta and A pack of frozen Falafel balls

26th April 2014 ~ A Warm Sunny very loudly blustery Saturday ~
YAY = DOWN 1 POUND =:)= [ 1 * - 13 lbs ]
Went to the *Post Box* before the Collection at 12pm with ~Rosie~ xx
Then had One hour playtime - over on the field with my ((~:kitty::kitty:~)) 2 doggies

Had a big bowl of yesterday's Cooked Veg with Pasta twirls
and 8 * Falafel * balls / = ground chick peas = ALL reheated in the mIcrowave
All this was completely topped with Mega -Slaw Salad and then salad cream
then 2 yummy *Borders* dark chocolate coated ginger biscuits :p
Later will have :-
More of the ABOVE VEG-Combo & Mega Slaw - Salad
may have 1 or 2 Defrosted White Fish Fillets with it
Will PROBABLY add to the Veg Pasta Falafel Combo
A tin of Butterbeans [ 170 cals full tin ]
or a tin of Black eyed beans [ 224 Cals full tin ]
Hopefully not much else ---- but feel 2 or more choccy biscuits may get eaten
Today i had
hot buttered toast and juice
had my lasagne, chips and salad for dinner again, and a free from choc chip cake with a caramel yogert heated in microwave..--this combo is a great treat
had some dairy free choc buttons ( gone )
and half frys choc cream ( am tempted to have another half )
a peach yogert
then for tea, i have got some paella i cooked yesterday ( haha my two fav meals in one day lol)
maybe some fruit later

Dinner (in 20 mins): Mushroom stroganoff with rice. Pudding choice was 'assorted desserts', i.e. anything left from throughout the week. So I am having trifle with 2 scoops of ice cream again. Cup of water

Last night -Saturday I suddenly decided to eat :-
A Large full punnet of delicious RED Grapes !!:p!!
with almost the same number of Whole Almonds
Earlier I'd also decided to have 8 Ryvita Wafer *Crispbreads*
4 with cold veg-combo
and 4
with lots of smooth yummy *Philly cream cheese*
I also had a large dollop of Cottage Cheese & Freshly chopped Mint
& more Cherry Tomatoes
======= with *My Butter-Beany - Spicy Veggie Combo* & Mega-Slaw Salad
I had Added Lots of newly opened & additional Spinach - Mixed peppers
& ---*Tabasco sauce* as well as --- some *Thai Paste*
I also had a tin of *WW's Country Vegetable Soup* - with some of the above ^^^
& had 2 more *Border* Chocolate covered Ginger biscuits

27th April 2014 - A Mostly Very Sunny Sunday == UP 2 POUNDS =:(= [ **** 1 * - 1 lb ]

Started off with 2 Crunchy Chocolate *Border* Ginger Biscuits
AND a thick slice of Walnut & Date cake & 2 [Hotel /Restaurant styley /Small TUBS of Carnation Milk~~~~~~~~ poured on top
All Enjoyed -- with my mug of white tea
I Put the remainder of the Sliced up Walnut & Date cake == into the Freezer
for future scoffage
10-10am
A big bowl of Hot Butter - Beanie veggie combo
topped with lots of Mega - Slaw Combo
and then all swirled with Salad cream
Later will have :-
Exactly the same again ^^^ with Cottage Cheese mint flat leaf parsley & Ch /Toms
The 2 defrosted White Fish fillets
Probably 8 more *Ryvita Crispbread Wafers* - with veg / philly / cherry tomatoes ... etc
Have taken a tin of Salmon out of the cupboard so may eat that too
I Will try not to Eat :-

a pack of cheese and onion crisps

Hopefully nothing else today. The thought of weighing myself tomorrow might help me put it off

A sausage roll from Greggs, a packet of Hula Hoops, a chocolate bar and a packet of mini party rings
Breakfast: Rice Krispies with milk, and a cup of orange juice
Morning snack (Pret a Manger!): Cup of tea
Lunch (Cafe Giardino!): BBQ chicken panini with coleslaw and a cup of tea
Afternoon snack (Pret a Manger!): Cold milk and a yoghurt with honey and granola
Dinner: Macaroni cheese (I cried last week when I had this, so chose it again today and struggled but finished it without crying! Success haha). Strawberry gateau wih ice cream. Cup of tea.
Night snack: 200ml hot milk with 2 sugars
Breakfast - Buttered toast and tropical juice.
Lunch - Ham Sandwich, crisps and tea
Snack - Orange cake, wafer biscuit and a coffee
Dinner - Hunters Chicken and chips with my end of shift treat of beer!
May have an ice cream, depends if I can be bothered to get out my chair
