    Last night [ Easter / Tuesday ] ---- I also had :-
    Toasted A halved Yummy Cinnamon & Sultana Muffin :p
    Each toasty warm half --- topped -- with a generous amount of Pure Soya Spread
    I also had 3 hand grabs of Whole Almonds
    and lastly = 1 carrot with a heaped tablespoon of chilled houmous

    =====================
    Today = ((( XxX :kitty: XxX ))) = 22nd APRIL 2014 / Wednesday
    & :) DOWN ONE POUND :) = [ **** 1 * - 0 lb - 0 oz ]

    At 12pm = I Made =
    A 28cm Ceracraft frypan full to the brim of Assorted VEG
    1 Kilo of VEG = Defrosted Spinach & Runner Beans
    Half a drum Cabbage - 1 large Carrot - 2 Parsnips - half a bunch of Celery
    A Big Wedge of a new Turnip - 7 juicy Prunes - half a Red Onion
    & 2 cherry tomatoes
    Seasoned with :-
    1 tablespoon of Cashew butter & Wholegrain Mustard - slosh of cider vinegar
    1 Knorr stock pot ~ Cajun & Fajita seasoning
    A big sprinkle of Black onion seeds
    Lastly
    ... when all cooked I added :-
    4 tblspns of Aunt Bessie's onion gravy granules
    to mix everything I added a bit of water

    12-40pm
    Had a big bowl of the above ^^^^
    with HALF a Young's Fisherman's mash cheese / Ready Meal [ 322 Cals ]
    Swirled with some Salad cream

    Later will have :-
    The remainder of the big Pan of VEG ^ with the other half of the Fisherman's Pie etc
    Some hands full of whole Almonds
    Probably :blush: but :p
    A Morrison's Cinnamon & Sultana Muffin =Toasted & Soya buttered
    [ :o Just NOW -- SAW the CALORIES involved with the Muffin 183 Calories :o ]
    and A Carrot n Houmous
    Hopefully not much else :cool:

    not put any 1lbs on just ounces gone up haha

    today i feel like i've ate loads :blush:
    weetabix warmed with soya milk, and juice
    ( Then walked into town to get few bits and walked back again..feels nice to walk as i haven't really been out since the Easter break lol)
    had a coffee and bit of chocolate :o
    dinner ..was my other chicken dinner i cooked so warmed up in microwave
    Tuesday is my treat day so i get a jam doughnut every Tuesday..had it after my dinner, was yum :p
    bowl of raisins, chopped apple and some grapes
    Tea..will be a chicken and bacon sandwich with a few ready salted crisps..and a caramel yogert..maybe some chocolate to use it up haha

    oh dear............it seems to i have eaten all chocolate in sight today..you see i'm off work and couldn't help myself :D i think its just boredom as well...also if i eat it all today i wont have any tomorrow to munch on haha

    fairly typical day for me.......

    small baguette half with pro-Active, half with Dairylea for breakfast

    steak pudding, carrots, cabbage, cauliflower for dinner

    bowl of muesli, bran and Weetabix for tea

    orange, banana and apple as snacks

    I try to have one big meal with lots of veg every day with cereals and fruit the rest of the day

    had 2 belvita breakfast biscuits then half a portion of chips and an orange juice and lemonade in the pub

    think will have a muller rice and a hot cross bun later

    Breakfast - Apple, raspberry and raisin porridge with coffee
    Lunch - Marmite sandwich, crisps, 2 shortbread fingers and a tizer
    Dinner - Cod and chips

    Snacks were a handful of peanuts, last malteser bunny, small bag of randoms and an orange ice lolly, also had a couple of coffees.

    Last night = Tuesday did not have :-
    the muffin - carrot - houmous or the almonds
    ===============
    Yesterday I unexpectedly decided to use a tin of Holland & Barrett's
    ** Braised Tofu ** 225g / yeast & gluten free [but :o 247 cals per 100g ]
    Mixed the whole can of it === into the very big bowl of some Mega - Slaw salad
    Ate some of this >>> with with some of the cold but pre-cooked veg-combo on top
    ~ I also swirled the meals with salad cream added some extra chopped cherry tomatoes
    [I had Never seen or tasted this yummy ** Braised Tofu ** before ]
    ~ I ordered it online >>>> and received it a few days ago with various other items

    I Had not properly looked at the tins in the box ---
    The yummy braised Tofu Looks a bit like large sections of cooked tender Tuna steak which I just chopped into bite sized pieces and tumbled it into the mega slaw

    it is yumby ..a bit pickley flavoured and it is surprisingly Tasty !!!!
    [VERY Glad I ordered 3 tins of it :) ]

    4 long chats with Sis - between 11am and 11pm re.. ((x:kitty:x))

    Last night ... I Went to bed at 3-30am :o but Before that :-
    I Took 3 Kilo packs of VEG out of the freezer
    ~ and divided it up --- ready for the next 3 days ~

    23rd April 2014 ~ Mixed weather Wednesday ~
    :) STILL SAME WEIGHT = [ **** 1 * - 0 lbs ] which is better than The Alternative ;-)

    Cooked up a 28cm Ceracraft frypan full of VEG
    The Kilo of Defrosted Veg = Cauliflower Spinach & Mixed Peppers
    1 parsnip - 1 carrot - half a red onion - half a bunch of Celery
    Big wedge of Turnip & Cabbage
    ALL seasoned .... :p .... the SAME as yesterday

    12pm
    Had a bowl of the above with half a Fisherman's / fish n mash Pie
    then a conference pear

    Later will have :-
    The rest of the cooked Veg
    with the other half of the Braised Tofu Mega Slaw Salad
    with salad cream
    another 1 or 2 conference pears
    maybe:-
    A small WW's Ready meal
    If desperate :-
    Houmous Carrot Almonds & another pear

    Did not have the WW's Ready meal or the Carrot n houmous
    I DID cook up some Twirly Pasta
    and added some to the Cooked Veg - Combo~I did eat almost all of the Veg Pasta Combo
    ALSO :blush:
    I Ate almost A FULL bakery rustic *Polish Bloomer Loaf *
    each slice ...WITH either Houmous & Cherry Tomatoes ...
    OR with *Pure* Soya spread & Raspberry Jammmmm :p

    Today = 24th April 2014 = Very Bright warm Sunny Thursday :)
    &

    Not Surprised to be UP ONE POUND = [ **** 1 * - 1 lb ]

    11-45am
    Made a deep FULL Pyrex bowl of Mega - Slaw Salad
    with a dressing using houmous - salad cream & cider vinegar -
    ==============
    12-30pm
    Cooked a defrosted fillet of white FISH ~ in a marinade using the last of the Houmous
    Had the Fish in a houmous sauce with a big serving of :-
    The just made Mega - Slaw Salad - & some of yesterday's cooked Veg Pasta combo
    THEN ....
    The LAST 2 thick slices of brown Polish Bloomer loaf / warmed in microwave for 20 seconds
    with had it with some Pure Spread & 2 steamed eggs
    and the second one :- topped with Raspberry Jam
    Later will be having :-
    Several more servings of Mega- Slaw salad
    A Shepherd's pie / Ready meal
    The last 2 conference pears
    May
    cook up and have 1 Kilo of defrosted Veg and add more Pasta Twirls

    Urgh- feeling fat and gross today

    1 tassimo latte, several green chai teas

    Bowl clusters cereal without milk

    Just making peppers stuffed with Mexican spicy rice topped with grated cheese for me and OH and having an espresso (knackered!)

    Wednesday I ALSO had the 5th slab of Aldi's Dark *Moser* Chocolate [ 143 cals ]
    Last night = Thursday

    2 phone chats -/ -/ & Had another pan of seasoned defrosted VEG
    and 6 Ryvita Wafers with some Pure Spread and dark Freedom syrup or Raspberry jam

    Today --25th APRIL 2014 -- Friday -- Mainly Overcast pleasant day with a few Rainy Drizzles --
    Yay -:)- DOWN 1 POUND -:)- = [ **** 1 * - 0 lbs ]

    So far Today ... I have :-

    Used my Orange FLYMO Mower for the very first time :) / Bought it about 7 years ago
    Also --- Made a FULL deep Pyrex bowl of Mega-Slaw Salad
    Then at 11-45 am
    Had a big bowl of Yummy defrosted Veg & Twirly Pasta
    topped with some New Mega - Slaw Salad
    Then had a whole punnet of Black currants with Rachel's Plain Yogurt
    Then - 2 toasted slices of *Seed Sensations Hovis* Toast
    with *Pure* soya Spread - & Raspberry Jam

    Later will have :-
    LOTS more seasoned Cooked VEG - Combo and More Mega - Slaw SALAD
    the last conference pear
    Maybe some white fillets of FISH - just taken from the chest freezer
    may also have some Cottage cheese with the above
    If Desperate ... may have :-
    some whole Almonds -
    Might pop out to Morrison's before closing time
    as I need to stock up on ALL the usual salad items

    Yep, definitely no change then! (Although Fortislip here...)

    Today I've eaten:

    Breakfast: Rice Krispies with 150ml milk and a cup of orange juice
    Morning snack: 300ml cold milk
    Lunch: Chicken and mayo sandwich with a side salad of lettuce, tomato and cucumber. Strawberry yoghurt. Cup of water.
    Afternoon snack: 300ml cold milk
    Dinner: Spinach and ricotta ravioli with courgette. Trifle with 2 scoops of strawberry ice cream. Cup of water.
    Night snack (in 15 mins): 200ml hot milk with 2 sugars

    2 x Weetabix with skimmed milk for dinner
    Thai broth with loads of veg and noodles and salmon for tea
    Now having some wine with some cheese and crackers. This is my favourite bit of scoff today!

    10 Ginger Biscuits = 2 were ... *Borders* ... :p Lush dark chocolate coated ginger biscuits [ 83 Cals per biscuit :o ]
    and 4 pairs of *WW's* - crunchy plain ginger biscuits
    I Cooked up
    Another 1 Kilo of defrosted VEG ::: As well as
    Red Cabbage Onion Carrot Celery Cherry Tomatoes and Turnip
    with MANY seasonings & a Long stem of lemon grass & star anise cardomon pods etc ~some more twirly Pasta and A pack of frozen Falafel balls

    26th April 2014 ~ A Warm Sunny very loudly blustery Saturday ~
    YAY = DOWN 1 POUND =:)= [ 1 * - 13 lbs ]

    Went to the *Post Box* before the Collection at 12pm with ~Rosie~ xx
    Then had One hour playtime - over on the field with my ((~:kitty::kitty:~)) 2 doggies
    ==========================
    1pm
    Had a big bowl of yesterday's Cooked Veg with Pasta twirls
    and 8 * Falafel * balls / = ground chick peas = ALL reheated in the mIcrowave
    All this was completely topped with Mega -Slaw Salad and then salad cream
    then 2 yummy *Borders* dark chocolate coated ginger biscuits :p:p

    Later will have :-
    More of the ABOVE VEG-Combo & Mega Slaw - Salad
    may have 1 or 2 Defrosted White Fish Fillets with it
    Will PROBABLY add to the Veg Pasta Falafel Combo
    A tin of Butterbeans [ 170 cals full tin ]
    or a tin of Black eyed beans [ 224 Cals full tin ]

    Hopefully not much else ---- but feel 2 or more choccy biscuits may get eaten :blush:

    wow, CC..your pounds are coming off now ..not long to go i bet..keep it up :)

    Today i had
    hot buttered toast and juice
    had my lasagne, chips and salad for dinner again, and a free from choc chip cake with a caramel yogert heated in microwave..--this combo is a great treat :D
    had some dairy free choc buttons ( gone :() :D
    and half frys choc cream ( am tempted to have another half :p)
    a peach yogert
    then for tea, i have got some paella i cooked yesterday ( haha my two fav meals in one day lol)
    maybe some fruit later

    Dinner (in 20 mins): Mushroom stroganoff with rice. Pudding choice was 'assorted desserts', i.e. anything left from throughout the week. So I am having trifle with 2 scoops of ice cream again. Cup of water
    Night snack (at 9pm): 200ml hot milk with 2 sugars

    A Large full punnet of delicious RED Grapes !!:p!!
    with almost the same number of Whole Almonds :blush::blush:
    Earlier I'd also decided to have 8 Ryvita Wafer *Crispbreads*
    4 with cold veg-combo
    and 4
    with lots of smooth yummy *Philly cream cheese*

    I also had a large dollop of Cottage Cheese & Freshly chopped Mint
    & more Cherry Tomatoes
    ======= with *My Butter-Beany - Spicy Veggie Combo* & Mega-Slaw Salad
    I had Added Lots of newly opened & additional Spinach - Mixed peppers
    & ---*Tabasco sauce* as well as --- some *Thai Paste*
    I also had a tin of *WW's Country Vegetable Soup* - with some of the above ^^^
    & had 2 more *Border* :p Chocolate covered Ginger biscuits

    27th April 2014 - A Mostly Very Sunny Sunday == UP 2 POUNDS =:(= [ **** 1 * - 1 lb ]
    10am
    Started off with 2 Crunchy Chocolate *Border* Ginger Biscuits
    AND a thick slice of Walnut & Date cake & 2 [Hotel /Restaurant styley /Small TUBS of Carnation Milk~~~~~~~~ poured on top
    All Enjoyed -- with my mug of white tea

    I Put the remainder of the Sliced up Walnut & Date cake == into the Freezer
    for future scoffage :D


    10-10am
    A big bowl of Hot Butter - Beanie veggie combo
    topped with lots of Mega - Slaw Combo
    and then all swirled with Salad cream

    Later will have :-
    Exactly the same again ^^^ with Cottage Cheese mint flat leaf parsley & Ch /Toms
    The 2 defrosted White Fish fillets
    Probably 8 more *Ryvita Crispbread Wafers* - with veg / philly / cherry tomatoes ... etc
    Have taken a tin of Salmon out of the cupboard so may eat that too
    I Will try :) not to Eat :-
    ALL of the last 4 *Border* Choc coated Ginger Biscuits

    i'm not far behind you neither lol

    hot buttered toast and juice
    home made pasty to use it up, and some cooked meats to use up with salad to use up haha
    followed by a home made apple crumble and custard
    through the day so far i have demolished a fry's choc cream lol , with a coffee
    just had a pineapple yogert
    rest of paella again to use up for tea later :p and a creme caramel yogert

    Went to Bromley today. :D

    Breakfast: Rice Krispies with milk, and a cup of orange juice
    Morning snack (Pret a Manger!): Cup of tea
    Lunch (Cafe Giardino!): BBQ chicken panini with coleslaw and a cup of tea
    Afternoon snack (Pret a Manger!): Cold milk and a yoghurt with honey and granola
    Dinner: Macaroni cheese (I cried last week when I had this, so chose it again today and struggled but finished it without crying! Success haha). Strawberry gateau wih ice cream. Cup of tea.
    Night snack: 200ml hot milk with 2 sugars

    Another good step forward Smithy, well done! :)

    Breakfast - Buttered toast and tropical juice.
    Lunch - Ham Sandwich, crisps and tea
    Snack - Orange cake, wafer biscuit and a coffee
    Dinner - Hunters Chicken and chips with my end of shift treat of beer!
    May have an ice cream, depends if I can be bothered to get out my chair :blush:
