what do you think he would like for a present?

My present would be a fortune telling fish that he would put in the palm of his hand as it tickles.:D

I'd make him a fish finger, custard and banana cake topped with jelly babies, and for a present the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy (just because) and loads of acessories to pimp out his screwdriver. :D

^Ginger hair dye, great idea. I don't think he'd care if it suited.

That said, slightly OT but I've got a box of the stuff sitting next to me, and I don't know whether to go for it :S

It would depend on the Doctor. Possibilities:
    • A coupon for unlimited rice pudding
    • A notebook and pencil, so that he's less likely to forget what he wants to say
    • A guide to English pronunciation, with 'Terran' highlighted
    • A different jacket. Any different jacket.
    • Nothing at all because he won't be around long enough to have a birthday
    • Three gloves
    • An Interrail ticket, to expand his horizons
    • A deerstalker. Deerstalkers are cool.
    • Some hummus
    • Nothing at all; it was something really spectacular but the BBC disposed of it
    • A book about Mr Fox, to solicit his opinion

But how long was a Gallifrey year?

Get him a big bag of jelly-babies and a long scarf for nostalgia...

First of all, tiny little guns. Next? A plastic rollerball, with gaps to aim through. THEN!! Happy birthday Doc. Train this little chap.:)
