Is it an act? Or isn't it. It's one of the things which keep her interesting. Where does Gaga stop and Stefani Germanotta begin. She would have you believe that she is Lady Gaga. Maybe so. She could be tremendously eccentric or she could be a performance artist of the highest calibre. I think she's fascinating (plus she's got an undeniably good voice).
