Well, it's been 17 days of entertainment and I'm very much going to miss it. Are you looking forward to the closing ceremony and the Paralympics?

BTW, I've started the thread early as I'm in hospital having my ruptured spleen sorted in an hour or so. :(

    I was interested in the opening ceremony and I'll be watching the closing one. But I detest sport and have tried to avoid the bits inbetween :D
    I just hope they don't wheel out Macca :eek:

    Not looking forward to the closing ceremony at all. It seems we all have to get back to the doom and gloom of daily life after an amazing 2 weeks of the Olympics.

    Yes, just getting over the anti sickness and morphine at the mo. :(

    I set myself an aim to be awake for Mo, and he didn't disappoint me!
