And they're coming back out again.

Wasn't it precisely that sort of behaviour that caused this whole kerfuffle in the first place?

Ooooh, oooh, a baby. A baby from a couple I've never met, and probably never will. If we still have a monarchy by the time Prince William dies, many of us here will already be dead.

    Total non-event.

I believe so, yes. Quite unseemly.

I hear they are calling it Gary.

We've never met you either, so can you imagine how everyone must feel about you?

Is it normal that her belly is still big?
The baby looks very developed for 1 day

Did you see that baby do a Royal wave, brilliant bit of theatre.
Well done to Kate and William dealing with that so well,so natural yet so Royal.
How can you not like the Royals after that.

I love the Royals they are so in touch with what is required of them and these two are just a normal happy couple who have just had a baby.

    Superb stuff,well done to them.

Yes that's what a stomach looks like when you have it naturally, rather than as a celebrity.:)

Was the baby strapped in the car seat correctly?

It looked liked its arms were inside the seatbelt to me.

And the rest of us who like a bit of good news occasionally and quite like having that first glimpse of our future king couldn't give a toss what you think.

Well said. A very important moment in British history handled very well by a nice young couple.

    Good luck to them.
