I loved Blankety Blank with Les! They repeated the Les Dawson ones once years ago and then they started showing the BB with Lily Savage. I wanted the Les ones again so I'm really glad they're on again. Thanks for letting us know, I didn't have a clue they were showing it again!

I think tonight's shows are repeated tomorrow morning at 11 and there are two tomorrow night starting at 8.35. Not sure if these are different shows though.

They edited a bit out of the intro with Brian I wonder if Les said he looked like Jonathan King?

I wouldn't like to win the Pumping Iron kit.

Cor a TV with FOURTEEN whole channels.

Why are Challenge doing a credit squeeze.

Hells bells they are still crashing the programmes with the voiceover. I have messaged Challenge numeorus times about this and they just say "I pass it onto continuity".

I watched the Saturday morning repeats, and have done a series link! Even from episode one Les is right at home, and I love his banter with the panel and contestants! Good old fashioned telly.:p

Are there many episodes that featured DLT, Rolf Harris and Stuart Hall?

I don't remember Jimmy Saville ever appearing did he ever do this show?

I wonder if Challenge will show any episodes that have DLT or Rolf as they haven't be convicted of a crime yet

Les Dawson was often hilarious on Blankety Blank. Some of the things he came out with had you in stitches.

DLT and Rolf Harris both appear once in this series, as well as Jonathan King and Cyril Smith, so there are potentially four episodes that could be missed from this run, although Challenge doesn't have the enemies that the BBC have so they might be able to get away with it. Neither Savile and Hall, however, ever appeared on Blankety Blank.

I have compiled a complete guest guide to all 16 series of Blankety Blank, which I could post if anyone's interested?

Me and the wife are playing 'still famous/not famous/dead' with this show. It's amazing how many are no longer with us one way or the other.

Well, remember that Challenge were still broadcasting Big Break even after Jim Davidson was arrested by operation Yewtree and before he was cleared, so maybe it doesn't bother them as much. I've seen mentions of Jimmy Savile left in during their repeats of Family Fortunes too. Plus they show Strike It Rich despite the cloud surrounding Barrymore, and Wheel Of Fortune, despite the things around John Leslie too.
