Problems with Freeview reception
Hi All
This evening my Freeview box is only picking up channels such as ITV 4 and Russia Today and quite a few others are missing. It was all fine this morning before I went to work.
I am in Battersea Central London. Has anybody else had a similar issue?

Re-scanning will lose all the channel 'placeholders' stored before the reception problem started... making diagnosis much more difficult.
As soon as a reception issue clears the channels will return - unless, like a fool, you re-scanned!
Possible issues for the OP:
Aerial cable connection problem (something has moved or been disturbed).
Communal aerial fault (if in flats) - check with neighbours.
Distribution amplifier fault or mains supply fault feeding one (if one is used to supply multiple TVs in the dwelling).
