Is that the end of Phelan? the contract was ended cos he slept with Anna and Owen signed the contract and then Phelan left. Is that the end of Phelan?

This contract makes no sense! You'd at least tried to have obtained some money from him in the process, yay they're out of the building project but they now haven't a penny to their name. This whole storyline has just been mind numbingly obvious from the get go. I don't see why anyone would just allow themselves to be financially ruined like that, even if Gary could've been arrested it was his word against Phelan's and they'd hardly ignore a woman who claims that she's been sexually harassed.

id bet u anything that the cctv footage of the assault phelan gives to the Windasses wont turn out to be that but a video of him and Anna in bed

Yeah I think the DVD is him and Anna in the hotel room. One of the family is going to put the DVD onto a laptop to delete it's contents thinking it's CCTV of Gary and then discover that it's Anna sleeping with Phelan...

They are such an annoying family, and do Gary and Izzy ever spend time in their own house, continually planked on the couch and getting all their meals made for them round at Anna's.

I hope the writers don't go down that road. Fay is too young to see her adoptive mother doing something like that. She been let down enough by her birth mother.

I think that it will be something along these lines......there is no way that we have seen the last of Phelan.....and sure that Anna's secret is coming out soon.....especially as it looks as though she won't let Owen anywhere near her.
