In other words, it was done before all the changes OP made to his story.
From the Telegraph as reported by Aislinn Laing and Jonathan Pearlman:
"Questions have been raised as to why The Evidence Room’s work was not used by the defence team during the long-running trial...
In some of the video clips, Pistorius is shown doing things that do not fit with his version.
In one, he runs awkwardly across a room on his stumps holding his hand out as if armed.
Defence witnesses and Pistorius himself have given evidence that he struggled to balance without his legs and put one arm to the wall of the passageway into the bathroom for support.
In another clip, he is shown struggling to pull his sister out of the lavatory on his stumps. The defence account is that Pistorius had by this stage put on his prosthetic legs. The state say he was still on his stumps.
However, it is possible The Evidence Room filmed Pistorius re-enacting both his own version and the state’s, in order to show which was more feasible."
This trial is starting to feel like the end of an evening of drinks, where there's always someone who wants to drag it out instead of going home to let everyone clear up and sleep.
Oh, don't be like that! Here, let me fix you one last nightcap.
Nel said the DT had consulted with Dr. Fine. Was he not amenable to saying what they wanted? Perhaps they think that Dr. Kotze will be more co-operative?
it's coming across like that. but then it could be down to the fact he had a heart attack and can't go to court

Everyone back. Still waiting for the Judge's decision on whether defence can consult with state psychiatrist #oscartrial
Poor Masipa, her hands look very arthritic and must be quite painful
Yes again probably the most disabled person in the Court. If we follow on from the evidence today she can be Categorised as arthritic, limited in movement, old, a woman and the Droning DT and their biased Witnesses are slowly turning her deaf if not even affecting her will to live.
my guess is the manner in which the shots were fired in the video caused them a little bit of concern
OP changed his testimony on the fly, as the prosecution debunked his statements of what happened.
I recall OP stated clearly that he fired because the door made a specific sound when it was being opened. They he thought the intruder was coming out to get him, so OP fired.
When it was put to OP that it was Reeva inside, and that the door was still locked so there was NO WAY he could have heard the distinctive sound of the door opening, OP changed his story to a previously unheard of "magazine rack".
The animators could not make the change fast enough, so it wasnt used
