    Very welcome all! :)

Bruno Langley (Todd) returned to filming yesterday so he should be back onscreen in October.

Bev Callard (Liz) tweeted the other day that she was filming with Sue Cleaver (Eileen). Maybe she can teach her how to crack a smile.

    Sunday 1 September 2013

When Karl laments to Dev it seems wrong to have a stag night without a wedding date, Jason enjoys taking the mickey and suggests Stella's having second thoughts. Karl fumes but Leanne assures Stella she must go ahead with her wedding as it's what Nick would want. Karl's stag night takes place in the Rovers but when Jason continues to goad Karl he flips and grabs hold of Jason, making a shock admission in a bid to scare him off.

Hayley's moved to tears when Roy surprises her with a special meal in the cafe to celebrate their third wedding anniversary.

Chesney admits to Fiz he's been an idiot and wishes he hadn't messed up with Sinead. Fiz meets Sinead for a drink and explains how Chesney only went back to Katy to be with his son and deeply regrets splitting up with her. How will Sinead respond? Meanwhile Katy bumps into her friend Steph who talks Katy into going clubbing in town.

Under pressure from Gail, Kylie contemplates a DNA test.

    Sunday 1 September 2013

Shocked at Karl’s confession, Jason threatens to call the police but Karl points out they’ll never believe him. Jason lashes out at Karl and a fight ensues before Dev enters the toilets and pulls the two men apart. Accusing Jason of jealousy Karl tells Stella she’s making a mockery of his stag do by refusing to commit. Grabbing Karl, Stella leads him back into the bar and announces they’re going ahead with the wedding. Everyone cheers while a shaken Jason confides in Dev, Karl admitted to torching his van, does that mean he was capable of setting fire to the Rovers too?

When Carla finds Hayley on Maxine’s bench, clearly worried about her operation, she does her best to reassure her before Roy accompanies Hayley to the hospital.

Katy and Steph set off into town with two of Steph’s male mates. Sinead meanwhile laments to Beth how she misses Chesney and knows he’s split up with Katy. Sinead’s clearly in turmoil but when she spots Katy, Steph, Ben and Naz return from town, and then watches as Chesney steps in to protect Katy from Naz who’s coming on too strong, she’s more confused than ever about what’s going on.

Under pressure from Gail will Kylie agree to a DNA test?

    Monday 2 September 2013

As Hayley is prepared for theatre the consultant explains that if the operation is successful she’ll wake in the high dependency unit but if the surgery proves unsuccessful she’ll be brought back to the ward. Hayley attempts a brave face as Roy tries to remain strong. But as Roy waits for news he’s fraught with nerves, especially when the consultant arrives to talk.

When Kirk spots Craig leaving Rob & Tracy’s shop with a video game Beth presumes he’s stolen it and confronts him. Backed into a corner Craig blurts out that Karl gave him the money. As Beth storms into the Rovers asking Karl why he’s giving her son money, an equally perplexed Jason and Dev watch on as they gather evidence against Karl.

Peter tries to buoy the spirits of the staff as they wait for news of Hayley’s operation. Michelle’s annoyed as it’s clear Peter’s a big hit on the factory floor.

Chesney convinces Sinead to meet him for lunch where he pleads for forgiveness, insisting Katy is his past and she’s his future. Will Sinead agree to put her heart on the line for Chesney again? Leanne offers to throw a surprise wedding reception at the bistro for Stella.

    Monday 2 September 2013

As the consultant explains to Roy that Hayley’s operation has been unsuccessful he’s hit by the enormity of the news. Back on the ward with Hayley they desperately try to distract themselves from reality before bracing themselves as the specialist arrives. Hayley’s tumour proved inoperable and all they can offer is palliative care. It’s a devastating blow for the couple as Hayley is told she only has six to twelve months to live.

As Beth confronts Karl he plays it down, claiming he only gave Craig the money to cheer him up. As Jason and Dev watch on with interest, Karl’s aware suspicion has been roused and later goes to tackle a terrified Craig. Can Karl remain in control?

Carla’s unimpressed when Steve lets slip about Michelle feeling overworked. Annoyed with Steve for stirring up trouble, will Michelle air her grievances about Peter to Carla?

Sinead agrees to give Chesney one last chance but warns him not to mess her around again. Will the couple reconcile?

    Wednesday 4 September 2013

In the hospital Roy’s at Hayley’s side as they listen to what support groups are available, the harsh reality of Hayley’s illness sinking in. Roy is determined to step up to the mark, while Hayley holds back the tears as they fight to stay strong and enjoy the time Hayley has left.

With Beth on his case and Karl’s threats ringing in his ears, it’s all too much for Craig. After seeing Dev his guilt is ramped up further and Craig decides to do a runner, leaving a note at home asking his mum to apologise to Dev. As a frantic Beth and Kirk search for Craig, will his note lead to Karl being unmasked?

While the Platts dote over Lily, a sulky Max watches from the sidelines before throwing one of her toys in the bin. Will Kylie and David discover his jealousy?

Chesney’s full of the joys as he and Sinead head out together but his mood is soon altered when Fiz tells him the news about Hayley.

    http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/soaps/s3/coronation-street/news/a510396/coronation-streets-ryan-thomas-jason-is-scared-for-stella.html

Coronation Star Ryan Thomas has revealed that his character Jason Grimshaw is scared for the safety of his former girlfriend Stella Price.

Viewers will see Karl lose his temper with Jason next week and reveal that it was him who torched his van.

Thomas said: "He is concerned about Stella. The love he had for her has been replaced by a need to protect her.

"He's so suspicious of Karl and worried about Stella's safety. He's being a bit of a spy and trying to puzzle all the pieces together.

"He thinks Stella doesn't really know Karl as much as she thinks she does. Karl's threatening behaviour has just increased his suspicions that he started the Rovers fire, so his concern for Stella is growing."

Jason's suspicions over Karl's involvement in the fire are further increased when he is told that Karl wasn't around much on the Full Monty night.

Thomas said: "It's another part of the puzzle coming together. He's banging his head against a brick wall with Dev because he's just trying to drill his suspicions into him and trying to push the evidence forward.

"With Dev having so much going on after losing his wife and struggling to come to terms with it, Jason's having a bit of a nightmare and feels like he's fighting a losing battle.

"As soon as he gets one little bit of evidence he clings on to it. The more evidence he gets the better his story is and it's more believable."

Constantly rolling her eyes and folding her arms has worn her out. Poor thing!

I think the Tyrone and Fiz spoiler is to do with them moving in together. A wedding will be next though :yawn: unless the writers can think of another storyline for them.

Coming up on Coronation Street, the pressure on Karl Munro intensifies as Craig Tinker goes missing.

Craig does a disappearing act as he is struggling to cope with his guilt over the Rovers Return fire and the threats that Karl (John Michie) has been making.

Beth and Kirk are baffled as Craig leaves a note behind asking them to apologise to Dev Alahan on his behalf, wondering what it could all mean.

Once Craig has been missing for an entire night and there's still no sign of him, concern escalates and the police start quizzing anyone who had a connection to him.

As Karl's surprise 'friendship' with Craig hasn't gone unnoticed, officers arrive at The Rovers to find out what he knows.

Karl desperately tries to play down his link to Craig, insisting that he doesn't know anything, but inside he's feeling increasingly cornered. Is this the beginning of the end for him?

Coronation Street barmaid Tina McIntyre has been tipped to have a shock fling with Peter Barlow at Christmas.

The pair will grow close later this year after Tina and her current boyfriend Tommy Duckworth split for good, according to The Sun today (September 3).

As actor Chris Fountain has been sacked from Coronation Street, an upcoming episode will see the street's residents learn that his character Tommy has left Weatherfield following a huge argument with Tina.

Afterwards, Tina (Michelle Keegan) will reportedly get involved with Peter - despite his relationship with factory boss Carla Connor (Alison King).

The surprise love triangle plot is expected to be filmed over the next few weeks and come to a head at Christmas.

Chris Gascoyne, who plays Peter, recently warned that his character's life could soon spiral out of control again - even with his wedding to Carla on the way.

He told TV Times: "Peter is not very happy. He's just existing, but he doesn't tell Carla how he feels. He's lost the bookies and doesn't know what he's doing in the factory.

"Everyone is talking behind his back, he feels he's losing control of his life and Carla is in charge of the wedding - she's even paying for the ring!

"It's Peter doing the same old thing. Whenever things are going well, he presses the self-destruct button."

Coronation Street stars David Neilson and Julie Hesmondhalgh have been spotted filming special scenes for the soap in Blackpool.

The pair's characters Roy and Hayley Cropper will feature in a touching storyline over the next few months as they vow to enjoy every moment of the time they have left together.

Upcoming episodes will see Roy take his terminally-ill wife to the seaside town, where they make a plan to see all of the sights and dance in the Tower Ballroom.

As seen in our pictures which were taken on location today (September 3), the much-loved couple are in high spirits on the trip.

Speaking of the storyline last month, Hesmondhalgh commented: "It's a very unknown cancer and gets so little funding, and so little awareness around it, but it affects so many people. I feel really, really honoured to be part of this now. I'm hoping to really change things for the better there.

"If more people know about it and we can get a bit of a campaign going, I want this to be Hayley's legacy - to get more funding for pancreatic cancer."

Coronation Street's Blackpool scenes are expected to air in October.

I can't wait for this Peter/Tina storyline. It would be so great if Peter fell in love with Tina and out of love with Carla, but Tina ends up breaking his heart and leaving him. COMPLETE and utter justice for Leanne lol. Yay!
