Probably. In the last vote Rylan would have received all of the anti-Speidi votes, plus the votes of the other finalists' supporters in addition to the hard-core Rylan fans' votes.
They really should be required by law to reveal them. Yet another area where C5 don't give a s**t about the viewers.

How does any of us know for a fact that such & such a housemate was evicted fairly & did have the lowest votes? or even if the winner was indeed the winner by public vote? we don't! Disgraceful!
I don't think they release them for CBB. Well, they didn't even do it for BB12. The only series they did it for was BB13.
Yes I'm pretty sure that's right. BOTS gave an extensive run through of BB13's votes which made a lot of geeks like myself very happy.
But they've never released the stats for CBB8, 9 or 10 nor even those for BB12. Any of them.
That is one definite change for the worse on C5's watch - I think all of them were released under C4, but I'm not sure about the first two Red Nose Day ones (Wikipedia gives unsourced numbers).
Brian did release one stat for CBB11 of course, saying that there was a 10% gap between Ryan and Sam (so presumably 55%-45%). I'm sure that's the one everyone's looking for .

I suspect Rylan won fairly easily, but I expect Ryan/Claire/Razor did better than a 9% total.
I mean hell, Jack and Danielle managed 7% out of 6 at the end of CBB5 and I'd like to think the 'f*ck this sh*te' vote for CBB11 was stronger than the 'hurrah for racism' vote then.
Besides there are a lot of Steps and Neighbours fans around.
I thought ofcom said for all paid votes, broadcasters had to release the voting results? As it is public money?
I'm surprised they don't have to but obviously not.
The Beeb don't release them for SCD either, and that's not for want of fans putting pressure on. I'm not even sure if the 2nd and 3rd places in the most recent one have been confirmed officially.

For the CBB final they had:

So even they had the last 2 places wrong.
