  It seems in my work place if your face dosnt fit, you dont get to hear about things, and your likely to be pulled up if you do something wrong, however, if your face fits, and your a close friend of the managers
  
  Come into the shop drunk, nothing said ... want to leave early ok ... your till short of money, not a problem, thats not your fault ... want to take a longer tea break, 25 min, no problem
