    As to the OP - I am fairly happy with my username, although I do prefer the nicknames that have arisen from it (Muggsy being the most commonly used; there is a user called Muggsy though too!)

    My forum name comes from a Bard character I created in a on-line game many years ago. It seems quite popular because pretty much every on-line game I've tried to use it in since has told me it's already in use.

    I was originally going to make all my posts as Bardic rhymes, but I never got any further with that than having the idea...
