    Good luck if its still not working I would suggest looking on Mac Rumours or any other dedicated Apple forums far more people to get help from.
    A 5 really shouldn't be that laggy.

    Have done and the genius bar seems to be the only practical solution so far.

    Mine did that at around 5pm today too. I got all excited until following the link just gave the "Connect to the US store to listen" message.
