my sister does that it really annoys me, everyone thinks she is the fun one in our family but oddly enough we consider her to be the biggest moaner in our family.

I like Josie, and tbh, it's hardly surprising she wants to talk about BB11 even though the series is over. She's still in the BB11 environment, she's surrounded by the memories. I think she's a bit bitchy, but wouldn't class her manipulative. But I guess that's another debate for another time..
I like her and am glad she won. Good few on the thread do too but it's tiresome defending someone all the time, so just skim past the continual moaning posts.
